Noel Andres, CEO and President, graduated with a degree in Business Management from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas. Aside from being an academic scholar and student leader, he made his way to college by printing business to make up for his family’s financial misfortune at that time. This entrepreneurial awakening was born out of his hardships in his youth.
Soon after, Noel joined the leading pharmaceutical companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis while simultaneously running the small businesses he started in college. He climbed his way up the corporate ladder from being a Medical Representative up to being a National Sales Manager. In the prime of his career, he decided he was destined to be an entrepreneur.
In 2014, his franchise of EC Gas from Eastern Petroleum was recognized for being the no. 1 distributor hub in the Philippines.
In typical fashion of a serial entrepreneur, he co-founded RNL Food Concepts with his wife Loren BacaniAndres and cousin Ronreb Pulia with its first ever brand Snack-A-Ttack.
